• Pennsylvania’s newly adopted Voter ID Law will not take effect until the November 2012 Election.  For information regarding this law, please click here.
 
• PRECINCT ASSIGNMENTS TO CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS ARE IN EFFECT FOR ALL 2012 ELECTIONS.  To view these assignments, please click here.
 
• The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has ruled that the Legislative lines established in 2001 shall remain in effect for the April 24th Primary Election.  To view this order, click here.
  
• The 2012 General Primary will be held Tuesday, April 24, 2012.  All Montgomery County polls will be open from 7:00am to 8:00pm.
 
• In addition to the scheduled offices appearing on the Primary ballot, a referendum will be put before the voters in Horsham Township and a Special Election will take place in the 153rd Legislative District.  For more information, please visit the “2012 Primary Election Information” page listed above.
